Review and account information

Review requests and account information support eligibility assessment, onboarding and customer help. Website ownership, identity and site permissions are checked separately. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or private customer records in a review or support request.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides the platform and identity/security services. Connected payment processing uses Stripe. The payment provider handles payment credentials; Originless keeps billing references and invoice status.

Usage and retention

Operational usage supports plan allowances, cost estimates and service reliability. Review records, requests and billing records have different retention needs. Account exports, corrections and deletion requests are handled through customer support with identity verification.

Your choices

Public case studies and testimonials require a separate choice. Requesting a review does not opt you into unrelated marketing or approve a public use of your name.
