A reviewed offer for one eligible site

The proposal includes a standard migration within the agreed scope and one base-plan month credited after accepted activation. Documented prepaid-hosting overlap may extend that to six total credited months, subject to review.

Your account shows the approved credit, its activation date, when it ends and the recurring monthly price. The clock starts after the accepted production cutover, not when you submit this form.

Clear boundaries

Credits apply to Originless base-plan fees, not a payment to your old host. Optional usage, taxes and separately quoted cleanup or development are not silently included. Paid extras remain off unless you approve them. No favorable review is required.
